Ice will reduce swelling and pain of hemorrhoids. To do this, mold a piece of ice into the shape of
a skinny, short bullet with rounded ends or just let some ice cubes melt so they are about that shape. The ice must
be wet and slippery and definitely not sticky to the skin. Insert like a normal suppository. The ice will help with
hemorrhoid relief by shrinking the swelling of hemorrhoids.
