If you sit or stand up a lot, get up and take a brisk walk around at least every two hours. Walking

everything, while being one of the safest exercises for beginners. Just grab a good pair of shoes and enjoy a local
neighborhood walk.
Try working in some light exercises for twenty to thirty minutes a day into your routine two to
three times per week.
